The count of three isn't a plan. It's Sesame Street.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Also, I question Robert Queen's approach to cleaning up Star City, which is apparently important enough to be worth both murdering someone and committing suicide, but not so urgent that he can't spare time for pleasure cruises in the Pacific.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

It's wireless untraceable hacking. And as long as we're nitpicking, how did he learn how to use a lift and wire a generator?

I've read speculation that Ollie wasn't alone on the island for the whole 5 years. (Do we whitefont speculation?) I assume more flashbacks are forthcoming.

I think if it's purely speculation, it's OK. That's interesting. I assume more flashbacks, too. I hope we're done with voiceovers though. The actor is fine when he's on the screen, but I think his voiceovers sound pretty stiff.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Arrow lives here because it's a DC property?

Beauty and the Beast was deeply stupid.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

The reviews were pretty hilarious.

It was only because I can't watch more than five minutes of Paul Ryan without throwing things at the television.

B&tB might be somewhat better if it had actors who have more than two expressions. The Beast's two expressions are brooding and bad makeup.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Sepinwall and Feinberg HATED B&B. I decided to completely beg off the show because they went on a 10 minute rant about it on the podcast.
