A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That's excellent, Fiona!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Did anyone watch 666 Park Avenue last night? And, if so, is it worth watching?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Thanks, -t. Apparently the ratings were not good, so I'm wondering if I want to become invested in another show that is likely to be canceled.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

someone posted this on tumblr and suddenly i'm very much not okay with Amy and Rory's fate.

i keep thinking back to amy’s afterword and how it says everything the doctor needs to hear: that she’s happy, that she did find rory, that they lived a long life together and then i keep thinking back to river’s words

don’t let him see the damage

and wondering whether anything in that afterward is actually true.

tiggy, I'm convinced it's not true. It's just too easy for this show. I'm hoping in a year or two they'll revisit this storyline. We don't even really know that Amy wrote that, do we? I know that River could time travel to where and when the The Doctor couldn't, but how would she even know when and where to begin looking for her parents?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Did anyone watch 666 Park Avenue last night? And, if so, is it worth watching?

I'm not fully hooked, but it was interesting enough that I'm willing to give it a few more episodes.
