And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

So far I like Revolution more than Terra Nova but not quite as much as the first season of Lost. Mainly the acting isn't quite good enough to make me care what happens to these characters yet. But I like the story, I like the setting, and I like the look and feel.

I _loved_ Primeval...and I'm glad Andrew Lee Potts is in the sequel, but I can't really imagine liking the new version as much as seasons 1&2 of the original recipe. The cardboard box thing? Season 3.

I know I was supposed to care about Stephen & Cutter, but I couldn't get past their terrible clothing.

Me, I like Connor & Abby, and Becker. Most of the team leaders I can't get excited about, because none of them seem to have half the sense of your average SGC member. Even the last season in the UK, when they tried to enforce proper safety protocols, had way too much stupid in it. Plus Siddig El Fadil as a bad guy is just wasting potential.

Yep, this is where I am with Revolution as well. I liked the pilot better than the second episode. My friend J. was the prop master on the pilot and says that the original script was 100 times better than the one that reached the screen. I really wish I could have seen it.

Very much this. I was so disappointed after waiting so long for new episodes that the entire tone and drive of the original was ruined. Sigh. Such is the way.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Grey DeLisle is, indeed, the greatest.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Colin's only in Primeval (US) giving Niall an assist for one show.

Fooey.

Although I think it's actually Primeval (Canada): so far as IMDB reports it's not going to air in the US (yet).

I don't think it's accurate to call that the premise--rather that's the description. And that's one of the descriptions. The first one was "all forms of energy", so at least they got a little closer.

In the show, since they clearly don't demonstrate it as all energy or all electricity, how do they talk about it?
