It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Colin's only in Primeval (US) giving Niall an assist for one show.

Fooey.

Although I think it's actually Primeval (Canada): so far as IMDB reports it's not going to air in the US (yet).

I don't think it's accurate to call that the premise--rather that's the description. And that's one of the descriptions. The first one was "all forms of energy", so at least they got a little closer.

In the show, since they clearly don't demonstrate it as all energy or all electricity, how do they talk about it?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Those seem like adequate hyperbole for your lives getting fucked over so royally.

Yet--not tempted to watch the show. I realise I'm in Kripke's other show for the relationships. Primarily one, but any relationship Sam or Dean has is my catnip. Ensemble show? That's not the wheelhouse I'm interested in. I don't feel sucked in by his world-building or plotting or dialogue enough to pay full attention to even the pilot.

And...markedly? My dash hasn't mentioned it at all. Elementary, they're talking about, but not the new Abrams/Kripke outing. I wonder what my friends page looks like--but that has less random fan input.

I have friends who have given up on Fringe, but I'm enough of a post-colonization fan to try the new season. I may have to pretend that it's not the same show, though.
