Yeah.
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
The writers of Eureka have been taking lessons from Tim and Joss.
Seriously. Though it's not unprecedented given Nathan and Henry's great love (who's name I'm completely blanking on).
Is it wrong that my reaction to Holly getting unplugged was "what took you so long?"
Lost Girl: Kenzie remains awesome. Having the trank gun just in case. "I wish I could quit you".
And the case for Bo being stuck emotionally in high school remains strong. Shorter Bo: "I'll make him love me again. I'll use cleavage!" And Dyson is totally the asshole jock that some poor high school girl ends up crushing on.
Have we seen this before? David Tennant's American accent in his failed pilot.
Awww, poor Holly. Poor Fargo.
Presumably Allison & the others will be a bit more careful in their speculations.
Fringe Renewed for Fifth and Final Season by Fox! The old "Here's 13 episodes to bring your complex mythology to a satisfying conclusion" gambit! It's exactly what I wanted!
Wow, that's unexpected!
I knew there was no hope for a full pick-up, but I thought there was a pretty good chance of this. I think it's becoming more common these days, although the only other example I can think of is Chuck. I think it also helps that it gets the show up to the magic 100 episodes needed for syndication.
It's exactly what I expected. Still... very happy they finally made an announcement.
