Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.
I felt it was too obvious that AltLincoln was going to die. That disappointed me that it indeed played out that way.
Someone on IO9 is saying that our Lincoln is a shifter. Is that something we know? I whited it out in case it's a spoiler. I have absolutely no knowledge of this at all. I missed it, both onscreen and in discussion.
I guess they only made a cursory pass at the screen with the trackers, because they didn't work out that one of them is going off in their HQ. Wouldn't it be important to look and see where all of them are, ASAP? I thought that was kinda weird. I was sure that shoe would drop before episode's end.

Oh, you're right--we don't know why he's a leak. That just seemed to be the simplest explanation. They might also have leverage on him, or he could just be sympathetic to their cause.

Well, Broyles and Nina have a history (well, I don't remember whether the alternate versions do as well), so I don't think it's necessary for him to be a shapeshifter to be a turncoat. He doesn't seem reluctant, so I don't think it's a leverage issue, but it's entirely possible that she's convinced him to help her using normal human means.
