"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

But, mostly, DAVID ROBERT JONES HAS A ZOO OF DEATH.

And as I'm sure had been pointed out already - David Bowie's real name. I expect Lane Price...err Jared Harris would be amused.

But yes - this was a packed episode. I'm just glad they didn't kill our (?) Lincoln (or transfmorgrifry him). I LOVED that Walter had it under control in his inimitable way.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I thought it was more that David Robert Jones has an Ark... but Zoo of Death works too.

I'm glad Olivia is feeling the pain of giving up her original memories for the love of Peter. I mean, I don't know that she really has a choice, but I'm glad the writers aren't just letting that be all neat now that she made her decision. Not that I want her unhappy. I heart her! And I loved Peter and Lincoln in the car. And Lincoln and Walter lab scenes. Much to love in this twisted, awesome show.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

The Internet has identified several of the monsters we saw on the Ark as creatures from past episodes. NICE.

Was there a new Grimm last night?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

There was. Some interesting developments there.

I'm happier with Olivia's decision since it's clear (to us and to her, I think) that there's a cost to it. Forgetting she has a nephew is, whew, big. And the niece she remembers is probably pretty different from her actual-in-the-Amber-timeline niece.

All iterations of Lincoln seem to be pretty awesome.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I missed the dragon episode of Grimm! Damn. Now I can't watch it until I see that episode.

Grimm is on Hulu. Which is where I'll be later on, myself.

Ooh, Grimm is also on On Demand. I should make use of that service more often.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm a sucker for the parent-kid interaction where Walter hauled out the birthday present He was just so...broken. Repeatedly breaking himself, emotionally slamming himself into a wall in order to make himself feel.

Peter, being the well-balanced one here, gave a hug worthy of a Winchester, and the unsure and yet more heartbreaking look on Walter's face and didn't hug back, like, maybe he didn't know how they worked, or that he deserved one, or anything.

The mythology of this show is confusing me lately. This world is going to be changed into original world? We know that, but the characters don't? I'm missing the worldbuilding components like whoa, but I should possibly stop watching it early Saturday morning.
