Congratulations to the class of 1999. You all proved more or less adequate.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Do we know why Walter hates Fauxlivia in this universe?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

The Olivia swap still happened, just under different circumstances. At the beginning of the season Olivia said something about Fauxlivia kidnapping her and taking over her life. I don't think we know any details beyond that.

Astrid and alt-Astrid together were really sweet and wonderful. I want alt-Astrid to be around all the time.

Here's an interview with Jasika. [link]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am now shipping Walter/Fauxlivia and Altstrid/Fauxlivia. She was fun.

Art Crawl!!!

I was thinking that for the Walter in the new timeline - without Peter he was probably much closer to that Olivia than the original timeline Olivia was to original timeline Walter.

Oh, Fringe. I love all your universes and timelines.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

The Girl and I have done our thing where we catch up with a series in a couple of months. We are now totally in love with Fringe. This last episode was wonderful. Who'd have thought the other Astrid would be so endearing a character?

Me! Me! Me!

Actually, a lot of people have been bemoaning the lack of exposure and respect Jasika got in general, because she was obviously busting with good stuff. I'm glad her fan base got not just a double dose, but such an emotionally diverse and satisfying one.
