A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Who'd have thought the other Astrid would be so endearing a character?
Me! Me! Me!
Actually, a lot of people have been bemoaning the lack of exposure and respect Jasika got in general, because she was obviously busting with good stuff. I'm glad her fan base got not just a double dose, but such an emotionally diverse and satisfying one.
[why alt!ita ! thought she got an opinion is beyond me]
Too much opinion for just one persona?
saw this about ONE of the two "Beauty and the Beast" remakes (from the 1980s tv series with Linda Hamilton):
Vincent [The Beast] worked as a doctor at the New York University hospital – and was working on September 11, 2001 when the towers came down. Long story short, a wounded Vincent ends up in a medical clinic where he's injected with a DNA-changing drug. The drug turns him into an unstoppable soldier type that is used in Afghanistan. Think ‘Captain America' or a ‘Universal Soldier'. Unfortunately, the strength and stamina comes with a price…it also changes Vincent's look - in particular, hair sprouts hair everywhere.
When he returned from Afghanistan, looking like he is, he hid himself away- – with the help of T.J. [his roommate with a Wii and an endless supply of beer.
This sounds completely terrible.
Nothing about this sounds good.

Yeah, I saw that this weekend. Argh.
I enjoyed the show when it was on. George R.R. Martin was ... script supervisor? definitely involved.
There's a Wii in it! I'm not sure why that's even part of the dealbreaker, but I just can't take that seriously.
Well, there's really no conceivable reason that having a wii should be a part of a character description.
He lived in the secret underground tunnels! That was the whole point!

It sounds like Spike watching Passions.
I think it's their way of saying "wacky sidekick."
in particular, hair sprouts hair everywhere.
Isn't this something laser hair removal could solve?
What about the Tunnel community?
