A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Dudes, David Nutter is like God of the Pilots. The man does good work.
I laughed out loud when I saw that, Polter-Cow. It looks awful, to me.
I don't even know what it looks like because I don't know what the fuck it's about! She's a famous movie star...who has one red eye? And knows martial arts? Or something?
Ausiello is reporting that SCC was renewed.
plus BAG has been made a regular! woo!!

Yep, that also made me laugh. The whole thing was hilarious, in a car crash way. They should have called the show "WTF?"
TV Directors don't exactly distinguish themselves, though, even when they're brilliant. The medium's just like that. If a show is brought to me by a director I like, I'm not sure what that says about the show.
That was my point. They could have said "from the Director of BtVS" and I would have been just as amused.
In re: Starbuck and Sam's encounter, a little "frak" goes a long way. That got really silly IMO.
So it's not just me, then. Honestly, I know the word "frak" has been picked up in pop culture so apparently a lot of people like it, but I think it is so overused in the show to the point that it throws me out of my concentration every time I hear it. It's like this entire civilization has developed throughout multiple planets and with space travel and technological wonders .... and only bothered to come up with one curse word. Farscape did so much better with that.

Did they get past three? Both the swearing and the time measurement on Farscape always bothered me, because they seemed straight search and replace jobs.
Am I the only one who was really amused that John kept calling Ianto Eye Candy? Was he doing that before?
Over a dozen!
And each planet/culture had its own distinct associated curses, if I remember correctly. Crichton just picked whichever suited his mood at the time.
I've seen a couple of ads on BBCA for a show called "Primeval" - does anyone know anything about that show?
I've seen the first two episodes. They were not good; it's a very dull program. But Hannah Spearritt is hot!
