IIRC her name is Princess Snow White (no last name) because the Queen wished for a daughter with skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood, and hair as dark as ebony. Or something like that. I am not sure if Rump remembers EVERYTHING. it is like he kinda has hints or something. The mayor does seem to know what is going on. But why would she need to consult the book at all?
