If I ever get pregnant I will definitely be referring to the fetus as Stormagedden. So. Awesome. And I think it's fine that there will be many little Stormageddens among Whovians--in fact, I might go so far as to call that even more awesome!
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I loved the name Stormageddon, Dark Lord of All.
My favorite thing is that Alfie named himself that.
Right? Perfect.
I changed my tagline to reflect my favorite line from Who, but Stormaggedon was a very close second.
I also liked the nod to dads. Dad was "Not Mum" but so was the Doctor. Everyone else was just "peasants".
I loved the name Stormageddon, Dark Lord of All.
What does it say about me and/or this show that I thought the episode was then going to be about an evil overlord baby?
So has he been wandering around the universe for 200 years without Rory and Amy?
And, I guess, catching up with River.
What does it say about me and/or this show that I thought the episode was then going to be about an evil overlord baby?
Just pretty much every normal baby ever.
I would like the Doctor to time travel and meet Stormaggedon again as a mild mannered college student. Maybe take him on a trip.
Did anyone else think the kids at the end were going to be Rose and Mickey and, I don't know, Sally Sparrow? Or that he was going to bring them all on a crazy adventure? You never know with this show.
I didn't imagine that about the kids, P-C, but now that you mention it, nothing every seems to be about nothing on this show.
Speaking of such, I'm still trying to figure out where I have heard the word "Petrichor' before. I'm terrible at anagrams, but the name of the Amy's perfume has to be significant in some way.
