I think she was talking about John. I also think that if not for meta reasons, they might have made Charlie alive in this timeline.
I've been thinking about that conversation between the Olivias. Our Olivia said she was kidnapped and Fauxlivia took her place. Kidnapped vs captured makes me think it was a Redverse incursion into the Blue, not the other way around. Who knows what all that could mean, but combine that with Lee never having met Olivia (or Bellivia) before and I've got to wonder if Bell is still alive and well in the Redverse.
I also wonder if Nina still has her hand.

It's hard to understand how the Yellowverse even works without Peter having existed. If Peter never existed, than Walter would never have breached the dimensional walls to begin with. So did he have a different reason?

Well, the Observer in the diner did say "They can never know the boy lived to be a man," which contradicts that Peter never existed, which is the distinct impression they gave last season, of course, so, in conclusion, I don't know.
I can't imagine Joe F was only hired for that brief appearance, so I'm guessing he'll be back. He is so engaging. I miss him! Weirdly, I just watched the SGA ep last night where he turned into that hybrid bug thing, so it was kind of funny to see him in Fringe with ooky transformed skin again. (My internet connection went out last night, which meant no Fringe until this morning, which meant SGA DVDs last night. Funny!)

Wyman has implied that Walter would've gone over for some other reason. They had the window into the other side. Scientific curiosity or military pressure to develop technology? Who knows?
Or it could be that Peter did exist as a boy, but died in both worlds. I wondered about that when Walter said that sometimes people die twice.

No comment on tonight's Who? It was fun, fine old school Who in my opinion (apart from the setup stuff at the end). However the setup stuff made me think back on the season and is giving me a theoretical headache.
The Amy/Rory cameo was hysterical. I thought they were going to get pulled in by the end of the episode, which could have worked, but I'm glad they weren't.
