Yeah, they had a good rationalization, but they made her get weepy during the mission in a way that interfered with the mission. Jane had to give her the "cowboy up" pep talk in the middle of a crisis. I wonder if the writers would do that to a male agent.

Scott looks at Lydia’s wounds and determines that they’re not healing the way his did, which means she’s not a werewolf. So they don’t know what she’s becoming.

Jackson goes wandering once again to the burned-out house in the woods (at night, of course) looking for Derek, and he demands that “I helped you, I helped save you, you got what you wanted… now it’s my turn to get what I want.” Then you see Derek leap from the top of the stairs down to Jackson, open wide, and then lots of teeth flash as he leans in towards Jackson.

Next we see Allison’s parents in their kitchen arguing over the newspaper headlines implicating the Aunt’s connection to the fires and murders. I don’t think Mom knows the Aunt actually did all those things, or that she’s dead because she says something like “Don’t think for a second she’s going to take the fall for something she didn’t do.” (That or she plans to vindicate her posthumously, whatever.) Then Dad says “We’re going to be pariahs in this town.” He’s worried about how Allison will handle it, but Mom insists she will learn.

Mom had started the scene hanging up the phone saying “they’ll be here in 2 days.” Later when she says “What about Scott?” and Dad answers “I’m not the only one he has to worry about now” it seems to maybe imply there are more hunters on the way.

The final shot is on the sloping roof outside Allison’s bedroom, where Scott and Allison are snuggling on the rooftop under a not-quite-full moon.

This is really nitpicky of me, but on DW, what the heck time of day is it supposed to be that mom is putting the kid to bed when the sun looks like it's at 6 o'clock or thereabouts (and acting like she's a single mom when Dad is there and perfectly capable of putting his kid to bed). No wonder the kids freaking out, you're f***ing with his circadian rhythm.

I'm blaming it on residual alcohol that the resolution had me balling like a big baby.

Last night's Who was OK, but it did sorta' seem like Who-by-the-numbers. Reminded me of "Fear Her."

I liked last night's episode! But apparently it was supposed to be episode 6x04, which would explain why last week's events never even got brought up.
