She doesn't seem to act as if she knew who had killed the Doctor in that scene, but she also never let on that Amy and Rory were her parents, so clearly she's very good at not talking about things until she's supposed to.

DW E07: The way River acted when Rory came to recruit her -- her warmth towards him -- made me wonder if this was the first time in her timeline that she'd met him where she knew he was her father (I'm assuming that if she did kill him, she didn't know or believe who he was).
