OK, I do remember that now, because I remember thinking she was on loan from Wolfram & Hart, but I totally missed her tonight somehow.
She read the cards for Jack back in the 19th century and told him that it would be the 21st century when he next saw who he was looking for and the picture on the card she pulled (a knight) had Jack's face.

interesting. SO has started watching with me, and his comment at the end was, "bits of it were really good and other bits were really lame", and I had to agree. I think I missed quite a lot of the dialogue though, so I'm looking forward to the rewatch.
I did enjoy the Doctor-Donna interaction very much. Much more than I ever expected to !
Oh, and "Pushing Dasies" started here last night. The vibe I gather from this thread is pretty positive so far, isn't it? I enjoyed it, though it may take some getting used to. Anna Friel's US accent was very impressive, though.

Not necessarily. All we know is that she hasn't aged in more than a century and is very, very good at tarot cards. It's entirely possible she's not human at all.
But she might also be the little girl who stopped death the last time (like Owen did this time)?
