Mal: Well, look at this! Appears we got here just in the nick of time. What does that make us? Zoe: Big damn heroes, sir.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My god. I had a major insight about a Boxed Set show, but I didn't want to come in here yet because I wasn't up to date with SCC. Now I can't even remember which show it was.

Might have had something to do with sex though.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Was it anything like my realization that I may like John Sheppard and Rodney McKay so much because they are Booster Gold and Blue Beetle?

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

I may like John Sheppard and Rodney McKay so much because they are Booster Gold and Blue Beetle?

Oh, crap. Now I'm going to have to go read about Booster Gold and Blue Beetle. (JLA, yes?)

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Enjoyed Cameron with creepy counselor dude.

could they be any more anvily that dead girl was sleeping with the counselor. And go Sarah for having the PTSD story prepared.

Also - "I call 9MM"

That would have been funnier if I hadn't seen it two thousand times in the previews.

and I totally called her using the Coltran against another Terminator.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Husband out of work = Husband now hooked on Torchwood.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Torchwood and BSG are the only two currently running shows I'm into other than SCC, I think....I'll have to mull and see if I can re-epiphany.

What a waste, otherwise.

Rodney's too smart to be Booster.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

could they be any more anvily that dead girl was sleeping with the counselor.

Yes. Because I missed that detail.

not your mom's socks.

almost caught up because I watched Torchwood 2.02 & 2.03 on demand w/teh cable last night. That was good. I like using my cable products for more than just Bob The Builder marathons.

And "And I thought the end of the world couldn't get any worse" was pretty funny. I'm new to this, and perhaps way off base, but did Tosh look way too office-y, even for her character?
