It's a pretty safe bet she's seen the Armstrong clip at some point, but she doesn't react and doesn't have the urge to kill.
Is she armed at that time with anything that she could use to kill one? How would that affect her urge? Incidentally, would places where personal weaponry is more frowned upon than here still be mostly infested/occupied? Or are we somehow to assume that Silence HQ is here in the U.S. so once their hold breaks here, it's only a matter of time before they are in full retreat from the whole planet?

The page asserts it is likely the "Picnic at Asgard" (The second-last time River saw the Doctor, and when he gave her his sonic screwdriver that we saw in "Silence in the Library") happened with the Tenth doctor, maybe during his "goodbye tour". Not sure I buy that.
Eta: But that would be consistent with the Doctor's and River's timelines
