You're nice, and you're funny and you don't smoke, and okay, werewolf, but that's not all the time. I mean, three days out of the month, I'm not much fun to be around, either.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Eh. I'm over Jamie Bamber and I'm really over James Callis. OTOH, I like Esai Morales (although I recall hearing that he's kind of a dick, and hard to work with).

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I've liked Bamber in everything I've seen him in since BSG more than I liked him in BSG, so I'll continue to be hopeful. Callis has potential.

The Fades - a new BBCA show on "Supernatural Saturday":

BBC America Co-Producing All New Supernatural Drama: "The Fades," A New Fantasy Horror from the Writer of "Skins" and "This is England '86"

New York - BBC AMERICA today announced it is co-producing The Fades (6 x 60) a new supernatural drama, airing in the channel's HIT Supernatural Saturday line up later this year. Written by Jack Thorne (This is England '86, Skins) and featuring two former Skins actors, Lily Loveless and Daniel Kaluuya, shooting has just begun in the UK. The Fades is made by BBC Drama Productions production for BBC AMERICA and BBC THREE. The executive producer is Susan Hogg.

Paul (Iain De Caestecker, Coronation Street) is the reluctant teenage hero of The Fades. He's haunted by apocalyptic dreams that neither his therapist, best friend and fellow social outcast, Mac (Daniel Kaluuya, Skins, Psychoville,Sucker Punch), nor his unsympathetic and much cooler twin sister, Anna (Lily Loveless, Skins) can provide answers for.

Adding to his terrifying dreams, Paul starts to see spirits of the dead, known as The Fades, all around him. The Fades can't be seen, smelt, heard or touched by other humans. When an embittered and vengeful Fade, Polus, finds a way to be human again, Paul, Mac, and their loved ones are all in the eye of the storm. The fate of humanity now rests in Paul's hands as he has to stop Polus - and all of the dead - from breaking back into the world and attacking the human race. Can Paul really prevent the end of the world? And at what price....?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Bamber was fabulous in L&O UK, I thought.
