A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
BAFTA TV nominations are in. And the tv drama with the leading number of noms is... Misfits, with four (including Robert Sheehan and Lauren Socha for Supporting Actor/Actress).
Also Matt Smith is the first actor ever to be nominated for playing Doctor Who. Unfortunately he's up against Benedict Cumberbatch for Sherlock.
Anybody want to pick a best Drama Series? The nominations are Being Human, Downton Abbey, Misfits and Sherlock.

So, what are your thoughts on Sanctuary?
Oh, good for Matt Smith.
My feeling is that Downton Abbey will win Best Drama. It has wider general appeal than the others. It was good, but Being Human was better.
I uh, haven't seen last night's episode. (Of Sanctuary.)
Was Maggie Smith nominated for Downton Abbey? Because she was just marvelous in it. (Yeah, I know it's non-genre...)
Sanctuary seems to be running a series of bottle episodes to make up for all the SFX they lavished on the Hollow Earth episodes. And I found last night's to be pretty boring, actually. Moar Tesla, pleez?
My interest perked up at the moment I thought the girlfriend was going to kill herself to remove leverage. And then deflated again. MOAR HENRY, PLZ?
the girlfriend was going to kill herself to remove leverage.
No kidding. Although Beau did look up and say "hey, they have a new set."
Teaser for MTV's Teen Wolf.
Bottle episodes of this show work much better when they primarily feature Amanda Tapping. I just don't think Robin Dunne can carry a full episode by himself, or in tandem with the FBI groupie actress that makes me cheer for the people trying to kill her. When it's him, Ryan Robbins, Agam Darshi, AND Christopher Heyerdahl together things gel well enough to be watchable.
Premise of Ron Moore's new series. Not plot spoilery, though it does go into so-and-so has a secret character descriptions.
