This here's a recipe for unpleasantness.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Hey, I made non-Newtonian fluid with Dylan just a couple of weeks ago! Only mine's made with borax and glue instead of cornstarch and water.

brillig

On Nova's "Making Stuff" they played with non-Newtonian fluids, using cornstarch and water, I believe, and having people run across a tank. It was very cool.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

We did cornstarch and water with our Navajo school kids. Much fun was had.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I just realized that the guy who played the Scorpio Killer in Dirty Harry grew up to be Garak on DS9.

He also played Liberace in a TV movie.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Oh man, I love me some Garak.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Everyone here knows that Andrew Robinson is Edward G.'s son, right? I didn't for a long time.

I didn't. I don't see much of a resemblence, except they can both do scary intense really well.

Actually, IMDb says "While it's tempting to make the connection, Andrew Robinson is not related to Edward G. Robinson. Andy's father died in WWII, when Andy was only three." Wikipedia confirms this, but make of it what you will.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Bwahaha! I'm watching Buffy on Hulu and was just given a recomendation to watch the Highlander series. Like: "Erin! Most people who enjoy Buffy also enjoy this show!" Then a trailer. Hulu's marketers are really good.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I just did a rewatch of Fringe.

Opus the Peahen! Someone has probably already taken a screenshot and compared it to see if it's pulled from an existing Bloom County strip, right?

The look on Lincoln's face when Walternate confirmed the Olivia swap was so stricken. Seth Gable rocked that scene and the birth scene.

Any guesses on baby names? Peter or Henry would be way too easy. There was one shot with a sign in the background that said Oliver, but that would just be weird. How about Storm (William Bell's "a storm is coming")? Storm Dunham, future meteorologist and potential destroyer of worlds. Or William (for Mulder's father).

I'm a little punchy. I should stop.
