...because God knows you need some satisfaction in life besides shagging Captain Cardboard! And I never really liked you anyway. And you have stupid hair!

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Nope. Are they worth a go?

they're great, fluffy fun! nothing exceptional about them. however, having read the books, it kind of taints the show for me. just the way it does when any book is made into a movie/tv show. they never quite live up to the books. the changes Alan Ball makes usually annoy me. one of the only things he's done right was creating the character of Jessica.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

why did Fauxlivia need to be kidnapped? He couldn't have just told her that there were treatment possibilities?

This way he could avoid the chance that she didn't want to take the risk and have an abortion anyway.

Well, he's continued to be adamant about no experimenting on children, but if he can continue to super age the child...

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

This was the first appearance of Captain Jack, right?

Yes. Mmmmm, Captain Jack. t /transuding furies

Having watched the prequel thingy (I kinda feel like I cheated on Daniel, not waiting to watch it with him), I would just like to say, whiskey tango foxtrot.
