4.01:
ROOOOOOOOOSE!! Oh man, I was *not* prepared for that! And there were several lovely moments with the Doctor realizing how lonely he was without a companion (did anyone else think that "I just want a mate" was sort of a breakthrough for him?) that made my little shipper heart beat faster, too.
All in all,
a great episode, and I'm sold on Donna -- thank god she doesn't seem inclined to fall in love with the Doctor, either. But mostly I'm all *wavy hands* ROSE!! She's really coming back! I'm embarrassingly fangirly over her, I know, but Rose was the reason I fell for this show in the first place, and I loved her like I've loved few other fictional characters. I think I actually stopped breathing when she showed up at the end of the episode. How is this going to play out?? How did she get there? What's going to happen when she meets the Doctor again? ROSE!
I doubt that the "secret compartment" that the cult found was really secret. Connor and crony certainly found it easily enough. My guess is that people just leave people alone and that the crew of the Galactica only intervenes when they are actually in the way.

Torchwood: Ha. Dana is a taunty mctaunterperson, but with restraint. However, I do not mind this, because, Ianto!
BSG 4.01: I think there's still some room for wiggle as far as the final four go. And Tigh definitely is a baffler as far as that goes.
I do remember reading or hearing that Ron Moore, heh, has a plan - well, plausible explanation, I guess - for Tigh as Cylon. I'm kind of an RM fangirl, so I'm hopeful that it will let me keep my eyes in my head where they belong instead of rolling out the door.
So. Caprica. Is that going to be Ron Moore and David Eick again? I read a linked article in here at some point, but I can't remember whether it's both of them again or not.

I have to agree with amych. Also, I'm seized with the need to shout out that Uther, you know, DIED when Arthur was quite young. Which means that ASH wouldn't be around nearly long enough onscreen to satisfy me.
And what's with Merlin and Arthur being contemporaries? If they feel the need to rewrite the story, why not just give him a companion and leave the Merlin figure (mentor/magician) alone?
