Buffy ,'Never Leave Me'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I recall stumbling across a discussion somewhere (probably TwoP) with a new show fan who had seen some of Pertwee's episodes and was bemoaning that he wasn't the young, sexy new Doctor she was used to. I believe I linked to pictures of William Hartnell and Patrick Troughton and gleefully informed here that in his day Pertwee was the young, sexy new Doctor.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I like William Hartnell (the first Doctor). He was kind of an ass.

Two things about Fringe: 1) Ouch, but the guy was totally right that we should just not know what other people really think; 2) I will never not shout, "Martouf!" when I see JR Bourne on my TV. I hope I'd be able to refrain if I ever saw him in real life, but I'm not entirely sure. Probably best that it's a highly unlikely meeting.

Compassionately intolerant

"Martouf!"

I totally called out his name when he came on screen.

And then marveled at how distractingly rectangular and vertical his head is.

But, boy oh boy, do I love the Martouf character. Super sexay...and I'm not even into blonds much.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Am I the only one who is terribly amused that Supernatural's Satan is now Aidan's vampiric sire on Being Human. Actor's got a niche if he wants it.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Theo, I find it amusing in a distracting way, since they are so similar. If other things about the show bugged me less, I would care more.

I find myself mentally urging Aidan to brain him with a skillet like Dexter did.
