A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
[And Roslin everyone would see they were wrong wrong wrong.] And of course he knows it's not true, but it could be, couldn't it? Maybe just a little? And, hey, if he has some lovely ladies on the side and for all I know maybe figures a way to turn a profit and...
Yep yep yep yep yep yep yep.
brenda nails it.
Dr. Who 4.01:
Fun! Also, v. curious to see what's up with Rose but doubt that will be anytime soon. I want a little Adipose baby action figure

My closed captioning told it was sitar music. How can people watch without it?
Joyce Summers sighting on New Amsterdam.
We were just commenting on that at our house.
Is the show sucking any less?
I think it's sucking more.
Torchwood - Adrift (I've forgotten the ep number): Tough one. I hate the consequences episodes, but I'm glad they have them. There's a lot going on, and a lot of their actions have consequences and I'm glad we got to see them. But painful.
Seems like with all their footloose and fancy free playing with memory, they should at least be able to construct a plausible end for their families. Sucks. And essentially, how powerless Torchwood is, ultimately. They're waving handkerchiefs at a waterfall. The twentieth century may be when it all changes, but I dunno that Torchwood is ready at all.
Gwen & Rhys, yeah. I think Gwen is inconsiderate. I don't think she thinks about Rhys when she's working. I don't think she remembers she has outside entanglements. And nobody else in Torchwood does, so there's no trigger for her to remember. I buy that in general, law enforcement is tough on the schedule and there's going to be a lot of "I dunno when I'm getting home." But Gwen does it more often than not, and in this episode it was not something urgent. No one was in danger, it was not life-threatening, it was not particularly time-sensitive. There was no reason why she shouldn't have been able to make a phone call.
Dammit.
But I may be projecting. Hee. Also, my love for Rhys may be slightly disproportionate.
OH! But I got my sex scene! So I'm happy now. What else should I ask for with my amazing television manipulating powers?
