When does S4 start in the States?

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Fiona, in the Torchwood Declassified, Burn Gorman made a joke about how you don't actually see what happens to Owen, so maybe he escaped into the sewers and became King of the Weevils.
Dana, yes, I saw that. But I already had my suspicions beforehand!
Was he really in earnest when he told that guy to kill him? Gaius being self-sacrificial? Talk about OOC.
I found it intriguing. As if he's bought into his own hype, or maybe even the opposite. That he's having some sort of self-esteem downward spiral.
The pre-opening credit battle scene was one of the most spectacular this show's ever done. Fuck, that was awesome.
Things go boom!!
And despite my "WTF, show?" and vowing never to take this show serious after S3 finale, I found myself all revving up when the drums came in during the credits. Ahhh, the drums. I've missed you!
I KNOW. As I was watching the credits, I remembered that the drums were coming and got all excited. Also, shit, they're at 39K now? Remember the days when they were closer to 49K?
It looked to me like the Cylon Raider sent Anders a program, so I was surprised no one put forth that possibility, given their paranoia about EXACTLY THAT.
DW 4.01: That was fun! Those fat babies were adorable, and I agree that the eventual Doctor/Donna meeting was classic. I loved following along with their mouthed conversation, although Donna eventually lost me. And I'm also really pleased that they're deliberately going for a different vibe this year. I enjoy Donna's sort of snarky outlook at the Doctor's antics and adventures, even though she also retains a healthy sense of wonderment.
And Rose! The hell? A ghost! I didn't think she'd show up this early either, but that's certainly one way to hook people who hadn't already heard she'd be in this season.
P-C- I am not sure they sent him a program or recognized him as a Final 5. Since they located a being that they look up to as a god, they decided to back the fuck off.
BTW, it occurs to me that this just gave us the explanation of how Anders survived on Caprica against all odds. Everytime a cylon came up to him, they backed off.
Torchwood S2 Finale:
Gut wrenching. As noted above, Tosh's, "...because you're breaking my heart!" was just... I already used gut wrenching, and heartbreaking seems repetitive, but pretty much those two things. And her being the brave little toaster to the end by not fessing up that she was dying, too. Goodness. Owen, Tosh, I'm so sorry you didn't get your chance. Damn, show, way to be heartbreakingly awesome.
Love Rhys, and I'm so glad that he's still with us. I was a tad worried at the, "We'll see each other when it's all over," line. Sneaky writers with their anvilly diversions that aren't anvilly after all. And the, "Will you marry me again?" bit was adorable. Rhys and Gwen has made me like Gwen a whole lot more this season .
BSG premiere - I was soooo sleepy when I watched! I have to DL so I can focus more on everything. I followed the story fine, and I'm intrigued, but I want to rewatch for the effects. You know, the important part.
I think Tigh was having a waking dream of his own making - worst fear realized, as someone said above.
I'm just happy my show is airing again!
Off to watch the Dr. Who premiere now.

Oooh. Good point.

Oh gooness yes! I was like, well, just put a red shirt on now, Rhys, and say bye-bye
Okay, so I'm watching TW backwards, and I don't understand Captain John going along with Gray in torturing the Torchwood team and potentially killing them at the preservation of his own life, and then expecting me to be all "boohoo, he really loves Jack and wants to help." Sure, that's great, but he still doesn't give a shit about murdering other people for money or (attempting to) murder the people Jack cares about --I get that, since Jack can't die, John putting his life on the line for Jack specifically really doesn't mean much and is rather stupid, but there's also the centuries of torment thing when Jack gets buried alive, and I'm not sure I'm on board with that having absolutely no psychologically damaging repercussions whatsoever.
Otherwise, good final two eps, I really enjoyed seeing how Tosh, Ianto and Owen joined the team, and I thought that second to last ep added a lot of insight into who they are and have been over the past two seasons. Well done.
edited for clarification
Once we found out that John was being bugged by Grey the whole time, I assumed that his loud insistance that he didn't care if he killed the team was probably for Grey's benefit.
