I read somewhere they took most of 2009 off, to allow time for the new showrunner and Matt Smith to get up to speed. IIRC they were saying that wasn't a regular season. But I don't know what the official BBC word is on the last season (i.e. 5 or 6).
eta: iTunes lists the episodes of 2009 as "The David Tennant Specials vol. 2."
Current season is season 5. Or, er, the season we just finished.

We definitely need to set up Buffista Island if there's a zombie outbreak.
the problem is getting there during an outbreak...i suspect air travel would be right out and if that teleporter still isn't functional...
The teleporter probably causes the outbreak, honestly.

Good episode of Walking Dead, written by Robert Kirkman. I knew the camp had to get attacked at some point, but I didn't expect it to be crazy and brutal and actually make me care if anyone died. Well, only Amy, but the show made sure we cared about that one.
