A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Who UK:
In news only interesting to me, I'm sure
I think the show playing on the tv in upper left corner of Amy & Rory's kitchen was Who:Baker flavor. (I initially thought Pertwee, but have reconsidered. Though the logo doesn't look Whovian, so I could be totally wrong.)
Keener eyes than mine
might even be able to discern the episode. If so, I'll bet it's significant in some Moffaty sort of way.
Also, it was very cool that the Doctor
didn't struggle with Amy's choice for suicide by portico.
That whispered
'okay' from him, and the key clench, really warmed my heart.
Nevermind that last bit...retyped over something I misheard.
Tumdedum...anywhoo. Did anyone see any
crack business
? I didn't catch any at all.
rather than V.
I never even watched Flashforward and I preferred it over V (which I did watch, at the outset)
I am bummed about Flashforward. I'm much more interested in knowing what happens next with it, rather than V.
Ditto. When I was on my Sudafed buzz a couple of nights ago, I was having all sorts of FF dreams of what might happen and I very firmly came to the conclusion that
Janice's baby is now going to turn out to be a boy. I don't know why, but it would really skew everything all sorts of sideways.
Another great Who moment:
"There's only one person in the Universe who hates me as much as you do." Ouch. Paging Dr. Freud.
Me Three, although, there's a certain amount of interest on my part because I don't know how they could have avoided repeating themselves... what, this time Mark doesn't have a flashforward so that he's worried he'll be killed this time instead of Demetri?
Doctor Who, Live!
Actors from the TV series will not be appearing live on stage.
I don't know how they could have avoided repeating themselves... what, this time Mark doesn't have a flashforward so that he's worried he'll be killed this time instead of Demetri?
I wondered, having established that Frost had sent the savants on various flash forwards (as well as himself) to various points in time, if everyone would perhaps experience a different flash forward, which would then provide a variety of cases/mysteries for them to pursue, depending on what the individual saw or experienced.
Who US- I thought I heard "Pandoracle" was anyone watching with subtitles on? It makes me think of something that tells you things you're better off not knowing.
The Doctor said the crack was the result of an explosion that is still going on. I wonder if it has something to do with the events in "The End of Time".
