A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Whew thank goodness. Would have been silly to have Americans running around Cardiff.
Also, fans shouldn't hope for/worry about a U.S. edition "Doctor Who," whose recent season premiere just set a ratings record on BBC America.
"It may well be confusing to have a British Doctor and an American Doctor at the same time," she said. "There is only one Doctor, so I don't see that happening."
The American Doctor idea made me throw up in my mouth a little.
Of course, the "there is only one Doctor" is kinda amusing.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here is a review of the new Doctor Who games which will be available on the BBC website from early June:

(No word yet on whether the games will only be downloadable in Britain or not).
I just don't see how an Americanized version of the Doctor could work. It's not as if everyone on this side of the pond who would be interested in that sort of programming isn't already aware of the British original, and I've never heard a single sci-fi fan express a positive reaction to the idea.
What would an Americanized TARDIS even look like? A phone booth wouldn't work, because you can see inside.
That's simultaneously horrifying and kind of awesome.
"It may well be confusing to have a British Doctor and an American Doctor at the same time," she said.
Hmm, I think she's right, it might be a little confusing to have an American Doctor - confusing in the sense that you'd have to question the sanity of anyone who greenlit that idea, worked on that show, watched that show, etc. Yay for this not happening!
