Hey, evil dead, you're in my seat.

Xander ,'First Date'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"It may well be confusing to have a British Doctor and an American Doctor at the same time," she said.

Hmm, I think she's right, it might be a little confusing to have an American Doctor - confusing in the sense that you'd have to question the sanity of anyone who greenlit that idea, worked on that show, watched that show, etc. Yay for this not happening!

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

The Doctor was still very British, but the McGann-starring TV movie Doctor Who was set in the States, if I recall correctly (I haven't been able to bring myself to watch it since it aired, which was about ten years ago). It didn't feel right. Not Doctor Who enough. The US should learn from the BBC's mistake.

ETA: Fourteen years ago, according to Wikipedia.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

The Doctor was still very British, but the McGann-starring TV movie Doctor Who was set in the States

And Eric Roberts was the Master, still one of the more confuzzling things in Doctor Who history.

Compassionately intolerant

Nimoy steps aside for Quinto.

Happy retirement, Leonard. Thanks for every raised eyebrow and "Illogical."

I have been, and always shall be, your fan.
