They've had some awesome hooks at the end of episodes, but this was definitely the best one.

Yes, I suppose there are two parts to the worthiness of a hook -- first, that it makes the viewer really REALLY want to tune in next episode. The second part is whether the plot payoff for the hook is worth the excitement and gives the satisfaction in the next episode(s).
The second part is much much harder to pull off.
So apparently Tom Welling is producing a pilot for a new tv show on the CW? And it's about cheerleaders? And it's called Helicats?

And apparently it's being compared to "Election", "Heathers", and "Friday Night Lights". Which is rather impressive for something that hasn't been shot yet (it's based on a book).
Well, I don't anticipate loving it based on the subject matter, but I'll watch anything for Ben.
