What was the final consensus with the new Prisoner -- worth watching?
I finally got through the original.
I thought it started out strong but lost its way pretty quickly. OTOH it's only 6 eps, so it's not a huge time investment if you do decide to watch. There was a lot about it that worked, it just needed more focus.

I was kind of eh. It's not that I didn't like the story, it's that too many questions were unanswered at the end. They did some interesting stuff with it, though.
I would say that it's not great art, but it's worth watching, for where it goes off-track as much as for where it works.
Dr Who will be airing in the US starting the 17th of April. Two week delay from the UK. I wonder how this will affect ratings.
I did not like "The Prisoner." I did not think it was worth watching. My main complaint was that I was actually bored.
