I hope we still get all the reveals. Does suck for the team. Well, both teams, but the vote of confidence of 25 episodes for an untested series seemed a bit extreme. I can't recall off the top of my head many (or any) other series getting that much right away.

IIRC, even 24 structured their first series so they could end after 13 if they had to.

Oh, that's interesting. I didn't know that. I still have the first season wrapped in plastic. Don't know if I'll ever get around to watching it.

The second half of the season was a mess. It was a really fun mess, but very clearly written with a "Oh fuck, there's more? Um...has Kim been kidnapped? She has? How many times? Fuck. Okay, has the wife been kidnapped? She has? Um, has she had amnesia? No? AWESOME!" kind of attitude.
