A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
So. I'm holding on by a fraying thread with Sanctuary and have given up altogether on SGU. I'm also done with Fringe and can't quite get into FF or V.
Paging Dr. Who...I NEED YOU.
Ahem.
My sad, fangirl heart is finding its only solace in reruns of now-dead shows. ::sniff::
I almost liked this week's Sanctuary, except for the sorta shoving of Henry towards a female character. Sigh.
Paging Dr. Who...I NEED YOU.
New special this Sunday!!
Right!
At least that's something.
What's wrong with these Scifi writing kids today? Where has their gumption gone?
SGU wasn't bad. They got off the ship and a lot of people died.
TJ broke me last night with her reaction to Eli.
And how much did I love that my trained expectation for everything to be wrapped up neatly with the press of a Big Red Reset Button was thrown out the window? "Oh, now they can get it right! Wait, what? More death? Cut to black mid-musical-cue what?"
Awesome.
From the previews and, if I remember correctly, the lack of To Be Continued, this is it for this story? As in, we are left to imagine that they go through many more cycles and iterations until they get it right, and we won't see any of that? Also very cool. Reminds me sort of how Farscape would just start in the middle of the action, instead of tromping through all the normal set-up before the actual story began.

Tempting, but I don't know...
doooo eeeeeeet, bonnnnyyyyyy
Oh. oh. Oh. alriiiiight. But first I need to go get a snack (to keep my strength up)...and make copies for my workshop tonight.
I'll report back later.
::scuffs floor with slipper in resignation::
I bet not enough people died to please me.
This week's Sanctuary was easily my favourite of the season. I found it very sweet, even though I figured out the who and they why ahead of time. Not much Kate and I really liked Henry. Him being too close to a woman doesn't bother me in the slightest if it's not Kate. But I am surprised "bros before hos" survives a murder attempt. Or he just is gay.

Chloe would need to outdo Captain Jack in that regard to really make my day.
