That's not what making out sounds like -- unless I'm doing it wrong?

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Huh. Things finally started happening.

Huh. Things did happen. I like that someone took charge and changed the damn future, but not really HOW they did it. Hrmph.

As for the very end, with the daughter--WTF?? Now I'm just extra confused.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Whoah. I liked him. And his relationship with Demetri. I will miss him.

But it's good to know where the future and its malleability stands.

“Not dead yet!”

But it's good to know where the future and its malleability stands.

What's interesting about it is that it took a very direct action from him. He knew the gun wouldn't kill him because of his flash forward and it was something he wasn't in complete control of (i.e., someone else had loaded the single bullet into the gun), whereas leaping off the building was a direct decision he made.

Also, did anyone else get the impression in the scene between Demetri and Zoe, when she's saying she knew it was their wedding day and she knew he was there, that the reason she might have been on the beach in Hawaii, on their wedding day, wearing her gown, and so certain he was there, was because she had his ashes and was getting ready to scatter them? We never physically see him or what she's carrying in her hands. The other explanation of course is that she's marrying someone else, but that seems too easy.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Killing off a major, likeable, cast member like this is a good move so early on.

Also, and this is selfish entirely of me: CKR!!!!

Yes. I was thinking it was something like this the first time she mentioned her vision. Although, I would love it if some of the visions were just false.

Or, the visions are from likely, but competing, futures.
