My favorite episodes were often the fun ones: "Jose Chung", "Post-Modern Prometheus", "Bad Blood", "X-Cops", "Arcadia".

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
SciFi just aired the "Bad Blood" episode with the Rashomon treatment of Mulder & Scully's investigation of vampire killings in Texas, and reminded me why it used to be appointment telivision for me.
"I was drugged!"
"Jose Chung", "Bad Blood" and "Small Potatoes" were my three favorite flat-out funny episodes.
"Last Repose of Clyde Bruckman" is probabaly my favorite of all time, though.
And I always had a soft spot for the tattoo episode because they got Jodie Frigging Foster to do the voice of an evil tattoo.
It is easy to forget what a great show it was with those terrible later seasons. We did a complete rewatch of the series not too long ago. About the only redeeming quality of the later seasons was admiring Scully. Holy grail of TV women right there.
One more week until V! I'm so excited! Morena looks breathtaking in the commercials!
Oh, I've got to set the Tivo for V!
Comcast couldn't find it when I searched, weirdly enough. It only picked up the re-airing of the original miniseries. I had to go directly to the listings to set the recording.
I remember the original V as being at best cheese-tastic, mainly due to the eyecandy factor. Stupid writing, stupid characters, et cetera.
(But I would have said the same thing about Battlestar Galactica, so I'm open to being pleasantly surprised.
It comes on at the same time as so much else! But it's really beyond time for me to give up on 90210. It's so crap, but I keep FFing through and looking anyway.
Consuela linked to a hug picspam on LJ from SG1 that inspired the most nostalgia in me. Man, I need to rewatch. I miss me some vintage Jack. Love him. It occurs to me that that's what Tony on NCIS could stand to be a bit more like, if they want kidding around and competent, even though they wrote him inconsistently for a laugh too, in the end.
I miss me some vintage Jack.
Me, too. I miss Jack in all his competent cranky awesomeness. I didn't like the tomfoolery they went for in the later seasons: to me, Jack's always been highly competent, and funny with an edge of bitter underneath.
