I mean, I love John Cho and Courtney Vance being all badass shooty, but -- I don't know. I think it's hokey.
Also, did they KILL Janis?!? I will be displeased if that's so.

the hokey is why I enjoyed it. Took their dramatic OMG Mortal Peril! moment and made it goofy, and took the seemingly safe Janis and gave her the OMG Mortal Peril.

It reminded me WAY too much of the use of "Over the Rainbow" in one of the many fight scenes in Face/Off (which also annoyed me).
So was Janis' last gasp, lying there bleeding from a gut shot, her actual last gasp, or did she just pass out? Opinions?
I mean *Wesley* survived a gut shot...

If President Coyote resigns within the next six months, he'd still be called "President" and would still get Secret Service protection, right? That could make the Senator/VPs flashforward claim true.
Also, who was the polygraph guy at the beginning? The actor looked familiar.
