I was fully expecting one of the New Bernians to shoot him. Stanley doing it and then having the sickened reaction to it felt just as shocking as Bonnie's actions and death in the last episode. This season is really packing the punches.

Yeah, they pretty much came right out in the first five minutes of episode one and waved the 'We Are Crackfic Incarnate' banners, bless 'em.
And, hey, we know from Doctor Who that Jack has canonically been known to keep a gun stored UP HIS ASS for emergencies - this is the only show I can think of where I genuinely expect Tentacle Porn to crop up at some point. (If it hasn't already this season.)

Fay, I hated Owen with the passion of a thousand white hot suns. Burn Gorman redeemed the character with his performance tonight. Nuanced, evocative, subtle. Really superior.
Now, if they can redeem Gwen for me, they can perform miracles :)
