ION, I have my weird double over in discomfort and pain gas type pains which sent me home from work early yesterday and made me call in sick today. Bah! I have no idea what causes them, and no idea what fixes them.

Hooray! Ran into the guy who observed me yesterday, we set a time for me to come in and go over it, and he said (just in passing), "I thought everything went great."
I am depressingly grateful to hear him say that. I mean, he may still have criticisms/suggestions/observations which may be crushing to hear, but the fact that he said anything positive, even meaninglessly so, makes me feel so much better.

Oh, I'm SO glad to hear that! Go you. He just sounds like so much more of a reasonable person than those you had to deal with at your last school.

I think I had a little too much to drink last night at the Bocce Club Lucky Leprechaun Dinner and Dance. I'm going over to the senior center this morning so I can sign my taxes (Dad volunteers over there during tax time) and then home. I'm always a little sad leaving here. My parents community and all their friends are so fun. I mean, I know my folks are great but it's always a treat hearing it from someone else.
I may be more in love with Fay's kids than I am with Fay. Cheers to them and to the new small fry.
If anyone needs anything sporked, just let me know - I'm in a very stabby mood today.

In my case, that would perhaps require a personality transplant or different medication. I seem to be constitutionally incapable of either one of these things, let alone both! But thank you for the thought!
