Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Okay I just actually googled myself and the only that came up that shows I actually have a PhD is the alumni site for my department, which lists the title of my dissertation (these only go back a few years though).

You might see if you can find his name at UMI, which houses most dissertations.

Was he supposed to have been at the CDC in Atlanta?

Betcher sweet ass, babycakes.

so proud *sniff*

I can't find squat. Supposedly, he has 2 PhDs from Penn. I can't find any published material by him and his name isn't extremely common. He also supposedly worked for the CDC and The Med (large hospital in Memphis)

try google scholar. My mother, who only has one Ph.D. and never worked in an academic or scientific field, has three citations.

2 phds and a cdc stint and he's a physician's assistant? ok...

Yes, that also struck me as suspicious. I mean people do change careers all the time but still...

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

SEE?? You're spidey sense is tingling, too. And, The Med isn't exactly the best hospital in Memphis. And, my sis told my mom he had 2 phds and she told me he had 4. AND, he just got accepted to a forensic anthropology phd program at the Univ. of Tennessee.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

O god, I am surrounded by idiots. If I was doing CS, it might make sense (the callers, not the workers).

DumbAssDirector (we'll use the initials JD so as to hide his true identity): O_A, I need to record my monologue for the show I'm doing at another theater, when can we go into the studio?

me: well, we are in tech this week, so maybe Tuesday?

JD: but I need to learn the lines this weekend. When are you sitting at your desk today, can't we take the five minutes to record then.

me: I'm not at my desk. I'm in tech.

JD: what??!!?? ALL DAY!?!?!

Me: yes. I was here until midnight last night, and I will be tonight too.

JD: what about tomorrow???

me: I'll be in tech until 10pm.

Mind you, he's an old director who has been a part of many-a-productions. Even ones at our theater, where I sit ALL OF TECH in the house working. Just proves he's a dumbass and doesn't pay attention to anyone but himself.

I won't even share the comment he made about erin_o. Clearly there is no love loss between those two.

MM, how does that stabby stabby McStabbity stab thing go? I'll need some more of it for the SM too. She's driving me nuts!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

AND, he just got accepted to a forensic anthropology phd program at the Univ. of Tennessee.

Which is coincidentally the only program of its kind that a total layman would be familiar with.

Have you tried calling the HR department of the hospital where he works to see if he is employed there?
