Hil, a friend of mine was found to be Vitamin D deficient a few years ago, even after taking supplements for it for months. Super weird. I hope yours is not as weird as that, certainly.

I have stuff to do a silk ribbon embroidery project, but I'm afraid of it.

It looks easy. Easier than cross stitch, at any rate. Or perhaps, the stitches may not be easier, but it looks like one would make faster progress, and so it would be more satisfying.
