Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

there shoving a tube up the nose. I don't imagine it will be pleasnt. Although the hospital staff are all real nice so far. It helps. Plus I got a nice private room now.

Its been one heck of a day. Learned the hard drive on my iMac died, and the odds are bad for data recovery. Then this. Oyvey.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

It sounds cheesy, but the crescendo of birthday wishes here definitely made it a happier one. Thanks, y'all.

I quickly read 300ish posts to get to them. There are many congratulations, and yays for good news and job~ma that need to be said.

KristinT, here's some kitty~ma for those antibiotics to work well and quickly.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Happy Birthday Windsparrow, and punctuation all round.

I am a wuss.

I went downstairs to use the gym, but it was busy. So I sat outside to wait. Only then I got attacked by mosquitos and flying ants and moths, and after about ten minutes of this I sort of had a TOOMANYLEGS!TOOMANYLEGS! freakout, and ran away. I do not like insects. No indeed.

No sticker, Miss Fay.

On the plus side, I'd only promised myself 3 gym sessions a week, initially - only then I'd been thinking I'd go every day, just for 20 mins or so, to get into the routine. Where I went wrong was in sitting down and doing computer things first. This is Not The Way Forward. The Way Forward is: come in, drop bag, get changed, grab keys and water and iPod, leave flat. Do not sit down. That way it ISN'T busy, and if it were, it's still light and all the winged things don't attack you.

Sigh.

Am cooking experimental dinner. We'll see how it goes...

Oh, poor Fay! I am not a fan of the insects either. But, you reminded me that I need to go fight with the gym today (and I should work out while I'm there as well). Go gym! Choose gym! Or something...

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

The Way Forward is: come in, drop bag, get changed, grab keys and water and iPod, leave flat. Do not sit down.

This is me, except that it has nothing to do with busyness or insects. It has everything to do with my not getting settled in and deciding it's too much trouble to get to the gym.
