Oh honey, the mentally unwell people have been in the fanbase since Game Changers was Stucky fanfiction on the internet. The calls have been coming from inside the house the whole time!

Yay shrift!

I think I eat better breakfasts on the Atkins diet than otherwise. Today was eggbeaters seasoned with dill, facon, olives, and a wedge of Roaring Forties blue cheese.

Then I went to the park for my first 3 mile walk/jog since early summer, and neither collapsed wheezing nor took unusually long to complete the route. I believe I may reward myself by using up my full daily carb allotment on a BLTBBQ shrimp sandwich. (Not as indulgent as it sounds, as that sandwich will do for two meals and let me spread the wheat out to a slice of bread per.)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Do I tip the manicurist, and if so, how much?

Yes, 15-20%. But that's what I tip everyone. Actually, depending on how cheap the nail place is, I tip more than that -- a $6 eyebrow wax is definitely worth more to me than a $1 tip.

Yes! I always tip %20 for pretty much anything. The math is relatively easy & I don't have to keep different percentages in my head. Of course that doesn't work for tipping baggage handlers ($2 a bag, right?) or housekeeping at a hotel...shit, i'm realizing that I bet we didn't leave a housekeeping tip when I was in NC with my brother & nieces. I was too crazed getting the nieces together.

Yeah, it's the one thing that's cheap about living here.

Also, I always forget to tip at hotels, and only feel bad about it when it's way too late! That's a weird custom, I think -- most other people I'm tipping, I'm looking at them when they're providing the service.

I am normally pro-cilantro, but my burrito maker went a little heavy on it today.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Twenty percent it is! It's going to be $17 to take off the old acrylics and manicure the actual nails underneath, so another $4 should cover the tip.
