Thrive to spite them

I'm not surprised by that, some woman has redone yoga and called it Praise Moves. [link]

Punishingly Intricate

Pat Robertson Not Down With Yoga

Oh! my friend's niece's stepmom thinks yoga is evil! (Niece, who is like 11, was talking about it because my friend is a yoga instructor and she'd also done some at school and her stepmom FREAKED.)

I just think that the crow pose is evil. that illusive bastard.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

The free lunch here today was Indian food, including paneer.

My food is squeaking at me, AIFG!

Announcement: Closest I got in the USA: Atlanta, GA. Closest in Europe: Evora. There were tons of "Famous" European sites I have never heard of.

Analysis: I need to get back to work.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Mmmmm, paneer. I'm going into a happy food coma just thinking about it.

I suppose I could have...um...ramen and tofu, or cereal, or maybe some Annie's mac'n'cheese. I think I'd rather sit around and think about Lee's paneer.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am trying to limit myself to lunch out 1 day/week at work - today was left over mac and cheese and orange and a english muffin. I think I need a salad for dinner.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I'm finishing up my turkey leftovers, which are quite tasty. Since I got so sick on Saturday, my diet's become incredibly high-fat. Must. Change. (After the mashed potatoes are gone.)

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I'm eating leftover pasta from last night's dinner. It's sort of an odd combo--whole wheat pasta with a sauce, if you can call it that, of prosciutto, garlic, red pepper flakes, and bread crumbs sauteed in a mix of butter and olive oil. It's salty and yummy in a can't decide whether it's good for you or bad for you way.

That was my lunch too, whole wheat spaghetti. Though much more simple as I generally cook very basic foods. Too many picky eaters in the family.

much more simple

Mine is simple in cooking terms--I got it from one of Mark Bittman's Minimalist columns and managed to cook it and eat it with time to spare between getting home from work and leaving for choir practice last night. But Annabel got some of the noodles, plain, with yogurt and fruit to round out her nutrients a bit, because she's in a picky stage now.
