I sent an email to your earthlink address with some safety info re: Noah's carseat. I just got it yesterday - you can still use the seat, but there is a safety issue with it that they will provide a fix for.
On my seventh birthday, I wanted a toy fire truck, and I didn't get it, and you were real nice about it, and then the house next door burnt down, and then real firetrucks came, and for years I thought you set the fire for me. And if you did, you can tell me!

meara, yes, it is mac's first Thanksgiving. We left the last week of Nov last year to meet him and bring him home. He has been unimpressed with Thanksgiving so far.

I am grateful for Tom's pictures, and my inside pants, and the fact that I still have (wired) internet access, even though my airport base just decided it didn't like my computer, so I can ignore that last part until tomorrow.
