Every nightmare I have that doesn't revolve around academic failure or public nudity is about that thing. In fact, once I dreamt that it attacked me while I was late for a test and naked.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Cashmere, THANK YOU for the button up the front girl clothes! I am going to take them to Grace within the next week.

You're welcome. I kept finding front & side botton stuff and setting it aside while we were getting ready for the move. I hope Gracie gets a lot of use out of them.

It was a CRAXY day today. I had movers, unpackers and painters in the new house and carpenters and painters in the old--all the while supervising activity in two houses in two states. But it all is coming together for such a quick move. I am quite happy and satisfied with how well things are going.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So am I the only for whom this week lasted 15 and a half months?

I have had the longest week in Christendom, or empires of any given religion.

And I just got pointed to friendsreunited.co.uk where all my high school friends have little bios (this is where the UK hangs out on the web, it seems) and I'm so uber pissed to be missing next week's school reunion, you could imagine.

Despite not working for Playboy.

Also, I can't find my remote control.

We can't find the remote to the hotel television. But we're watching Notting Hill on Bravo so we don't have to change it anytime soon.

It's been remarkably quick for me considering how much time we've spent in hotels.

Cash, if it makes you feel better, after moving I still can't find the remote to my HOME television. (Luckily, the fancy cable remote works with it)

My week is STILL GOING, because I am in Vegas for the boringest of meetings, and the meetings continue tomorrow morning. At least the food is good, though (really surprisingly so, for conference buffet food!). And we spent part of the afternoon shopping (though only bought fancy Vosges chocolates--some with bacon!) because they finished two hours early (YAY for meeting finishing early!)

It's my combo remote that I can't find. So I can still do everything, with the individual remotes. It just feels all 20th century and stuff. Ew.

I think I may need to get my brows done this weekend after all. I think I'm going to have to be the most beautiful woman at this wedding who's not the bride. I have a lot of recovering from this past week yet to do, and looking nice will help.

Except it won't help anything at all, because it doesn't mean anything.

Ugh. People tell me I'm strong because I haven't given up. In due modesty--I just don't have the imagination to work out how to give up.

Just lay around and bitch?

But then what?

Well, this bit I have wrapped up, even though I do keep practicing it. It's step #3 that escapes me entirely.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

ita, I am sorry. I keep hoping they find something.

My sister in the Navy is in town . She is between posting - she has fun when people ask her where she lives - she tells them that she is homeless. So this weekend is family fun. and it will be. not sure what it all entails yet.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

It's step #3 that escapes me entirely.
World domination?

Go mug someone?

(not that that's giving up, but its "desperate" and you'd get to kick some ass)
