Agreed with foresight on Book. Yeah I wonder where they would have gone with the Tam parents. I doubt so much of the evil, but very resistant to color outside the lines.

No, Simon said the school was supposed to be good. But he was worried enough to become genuinely crazed with fear for her, and they just completely disregarded all of his concerns about her. They just ping me wrong, that's all.

Also, while the parents are very concerned with Simon's standing and career, there seems to be very little concern with River. Didn't she disappear for something like 3 years?
