omnis, I think Jane actually said it was filmed at Disneyworld, right across from the Country Bears Jamboree. Maybe someone who has listened to the commentary more recently than I have can confirm this.

No, I don't think a tree really was ignited, it just looked like it because of all the smoke. They wanted the set to look like it had an early morning fog hovering over it, but they got a little too enthusiastic.
