I liked the livejournal FF/Serenity/Wicked video. It's even cooler for them that Tim posted Joss' comment. That alone would (for me anyway) justify time and effort.
I'm totally loving the essays in "The Psychology of Joss Whedon". The one I'm currently reading discusses the presence or lack of personality disorders in Mal and Jayne. Fun stuff.
My son got on a Firefly kick this weekend, so we have been mainlining. We got up to Ariel tonight. I just want to hug this show.

I'm betting that has something to do with a recent announcement by, I think, Warners that would go exclusively with BlueRay as their hi-def format choice. It's pretty much seen as the beginning of the end for Hi-Def in the BlueRay vs. Hi-Def format war.
A friend of mine saw a player at Best Buy that will play either hd or bluray. ($8000.00 or thereabouts.)

Which is surprising because I always assumed HD-DVD would win. I mean, it has HD and DVD right there in the name! NAME RECOGNITION, right?
