We killed a homeless man on this bench. Me and Dru. Those were good times. You know, he begged for mercy, and you know, that only made her bite harder.

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

We have shrunk-wrapped two windows thus far.

We are going to work on the other ones tomorrow night. I need to get a new hairdryer.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I am wearing this dress today [link] with black tights and black boots. I feel pretty cute (except when in the restroom where the lighting is of the devil).

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I have achieved dentist appointment. The first opening was for January. My teeth won't fall out of my head before then, right?

The fact that they're so booked is I'm sure just part of a vast right-wing conspiracy to make me call that therapist my Mom found me. I was able to convince myself that my dental issues were more pressing but now that I've got a whole month so I might as well go ahead and call that therapist huh?

vw your story was really great for me to hear today. I am so happy for you but also selfishly gleaning hope from your experience.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I suppose billytea isn't around anymore....

Anyway:

An artist's rendering of what Pseudotribos robustus or a weasel-possum-lizard, might have looked like 165 million years ago

How awesome is it that there was once a weasel-possum-lizard!

Hmm, that Grup article is bugging me, it just sounds so smug, and it's all about THINGS, what you own, who you listen to. You know him ita? Is that his voice? Or is that the voice his editors feel will appeal to the readers?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Now I know why we were talking about the Apocalypse. I just saw my first five minutes of "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?" and it's clearly a sign of the apocalypse. There must be be a fifth horseman of Stupid.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You know him ita? Is that his voice?

I haven't seen him in years, Burrell, but the article does read like he was then.

I'm not sure where the reduction lies--is he reducing grupsters, or saying they've reduced themselves to objects and symbols?

What does differentiate one generation from the next? Maybe we're so ideologically aimless that music taste is something to latch onto.
